--- Last Night While waiting for the pick-up car, mom and I sat on bench outside Wal-mart.. It was 10: 30 p.m. and quite chilly, so intimate couples doing HHWW did not surprise me at all. Until I find myself blurting out ---
me: Ma, kung Foreigner akin, okay lang sayo??
ma: *long pause... then nods*
me: diba ayaw mo noon? so ngaun okay na? di kasi ata ako para sa pinoy eh. hahaha
ma: oo naman. basta maghanap ka lang ng mabait, maayos ang trabaho at mahal ka.
me: *laughing* as in? mababait naman sila eh. pero i liked if half pinoy raised by a pure pinay mom.
ma: *nods again* Actually zy, any guy to have you is lucky! jackpot sila sayo. Di lang nila alam. me: I find it sweet and comforting esp. at that time and moment. *shocked as I was and still striving to find words I just ended it with a simple joke --> If thats the case ma, be ready to imagine ur future grandchildren. expect to have either blue or green-eyed granddaughters/sons! LOL..
Truly, mothers know best. I may not say something but she knows and she can feel something is up. I just love havin this intimate moments with mom. Growing up hurts, but having her beside me makes it less painful and less difficult. Thank you mom. Those sincere words coming from you set me back on track. This is one of your best words i will cherish forever. I love you much! ♥♥♥ In God's perfect time, he will reveal my one true oppa.
